I'm Stephanie Jones, the proud CEO and Founder of Prosperity One HR Consulting, LLC. In 2021, I embarked on a journey to prioritize my happiness and discover my true purpose. This led me to the creation of Prosperity One HR, where my passion for people and their daily experiences takes center stage.

My Story

With an extensive career spanning 26 years, I've had the privilege of working for corporations across diverse industries, ranging from Technology to top Defense Contractors. My professional journey has been a dynamic one, encompassing roles such as Executive Assistant & Chief of Staff, Researcher, Project Management, and various positions in Human Resources.

My academic background includes a Bachelor of Science in International Business, a Master of Science in Organizational Leadership, and a Master of Science in Human Resource Management. These qualifications empower me to bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the world of HR consulting.

I am dedicated to making a positive impact on the lives of individuals and businesses alike.
